New year's Day Celebrations 2021
It is with much regret that Sandown Carnival Association announce the cancellation of its New Years Day Celebrations for 2021.
Unfortunately due to the continued COVID-19 pandemic it is not possible or safe to hold a large public gathering in the near future.
We had hoped that the virus would have subsided allowing this event to go ahead but after the new government restrictions and rising cases on the Island it has become clear that we cannot hold an event of this sort whilst keeping our volunteers or the thousands of spectators safe.
With continued uncertainty ahead we wish you all a safe, happy & healthy winter and we will keep everything crossed in the hope that we can again bring you all our much loved and attended events in 2021.
