Our main carnival is our key annual parade through the town, starting from Sandown Library, the parade loops around the town and finishes back at the library.

Featuring bands, costumes, school groups, vehicles, fancy dress and floats from around the Island, our illuminated carnival parade has something for everyone!

The best viewpoints include: Beachfield Road, Royal Crescent, Melville Street, Fitzroy Street, Station Avenue and Albert Road.

This year’s Main Carnival is on Saturday 27th July 2024!
