Regatta Stallholders

Our popular Sandown Bay Regatta market returns in 2024, on Sunday 11th August.

With two stall sizes available, there’s a size to fit every stallholder.

Application Forms

This year, the application forms are online and have been simplified, following stallholder feedback from last year.

  • Applications must be fully completed and received by Monday 15th July 2024 (with all payments also received by this date)

  • Please make sure you complete the correct form for your organisation

  • Please indicate on the application form whether you will be using a generator (including Silent Generators), unfortunately we are unable to offer power to stallholders at this event

  • Proof of at least £10m public liability insurance will be required for all stallholders (this is set by the Isle of Wight Council and is out of our control)

  • All queries should be emailed to: regatta-stalls@sandowncarnival.com

Commercial Stalls

Businesses are asked to make a donation of between £45 and £400, this will pay for your IW Council’s Street Traders Licence for this event, and a donation to Sandown Carnival.

You will also be required to fill out an Isle of Wight Council Market Trader Form if you are selling anything, which can also be downloaded from this page.
